Returns and exchanges
If you have any problems with your order or are not happy just mail it back and I will refund the full amount or offer you a replacement.
Shipping
I try to ship within 3 days of receiving payment. It can, however, be as long as 1week. If you want it sooner for a gift or need speedier delivery I can expedite.
Items are sent thru the US postal service. If you need a different method of shipment please contact me.

International orders take longer to ship. They require a trip to the post office. I am not able to go to the post office every day so please be patient.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please do not ever put your spoon or other wood products in a dishwasher. Clean with mild soap. Apply oil when the wood appears to become dry or if it loses it's luster. The ideal application is a mixture of beeswax and mineral oil which I will be offering here soon, or can be obtained at some hardware stores or craft supply stores. You can however apply Tung oil or any oil that is food safe. For example mineral or olive oil work just fine. Do not apply any oils that are synthetic or have additives.
