I accept payment via Paypal, Direct checkout and Etsy Gift Cards.

Pay postage on one item and all additional items have free postage. All items must be purchased in one transaction and posted together to the same address.

If you already have an Etsy or PayPal account please ensure the address you have registered is correct and up to date.

To keep shipping costs down everything apart from tiaras and larger items will be packaged in a pretty organza bag, packed in suitable protective packaging and posted using the Royal Mail large letter service. If you wish to receive your purchase a gift box, you can choose an upgrade to cover the cost of the extra shipping as boxes will not fit into the large letter size limits. I will re-use packaging where possible to avoid waste.

GIFT ORDERS: If you are buying as a gift and having it delivered direct to the recipient please leave me a message at checkout if you don't want any order paperwork in the package. Marking the order "gift" will mean no pricing is shown on the packing slip.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the address held for you by Etsy is correct prior to placing an order. I cannot be held responsible for lost packages if they are shipped to an old or incorrect address.

I will always ship packages within the UK using the Royal Mail UK Second Class Signed For service. Upgrades to First Class Signed For and Special Delivery Before 1pm are also available. Please ask.

For deliveries outside of the UK I use the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or International Tracked service, depending on what is available for your country.

Please allow up to 2 days for ready made items to be dispatched.
Below are the estimated delivery times after dipatch from the Royal Mail website.
Working days do not include Sundays.

UK 1st class - the next working day
UK 2nd class - 2 to 3 working days
Western Europe - within two to three working days
Eastern Europe - within three to four working days
Rest of the world - within six to seven working days

Please bear in mind that these delivery times may increase at busy times, such as in the lead up to Christmas or as a result of adverse weather conditions.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
