This scratcher is exactly what I wanted for the cats that like to scratch on floor carpet ...that they should not. So, I didn't wany carpet scratchers. This item is sturdy and heavy. It is well made and has very little, if any, odor.

Just received. Somehow I missed that this was 6 inches wide. It’s too narrow for my big boy kitty who likes to lay on these things (the cardboard versions). Very well-made, however. I am happy that I won’t be so wasteful with the cardboard ones and won’t have a little bits of cardboard all over my carpet. Have been in conversation with the seller who is quite lovely and accommodating. Good company, happy that even if the product isn’t quite what I wanted, I’ve done business with a seller with integrity.

I value natural products and inclusivity for all cats young, old, fast and crazy climbers, and our more relaxed and slow moving feline friends. My goal is to make products available to all at an affordable price - all cats deserve quality care!
