ScribeSF's Shop Policies

Welcome

We are an architectural design atelier, as well as a museum quality fabrication facility. We are based in Phoenix, Arizona. If you would like to come visit, please let us know!

We are trained architects and specialize in spacial design as well as custom banquet furniture for the best resorts around the globe.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal. No work can begin, and nothing can be shipped until the product has been purchased.

If you need to cancel a purchase, please do so within 48 hours of placing your order.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in the item’s price.

Many of our items are made to order. Please be sure to ask for lead time if it isn't posted in the ad.

We commonly use USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Orders that require custom crating or specific requirements may be sent via FedEx (ground or express).
We use dependable shipping and crating companies that provide competitive pricing.

Tracking information is generally provided but please feel free to ask. If you would like insurance, or other shipping services, please let us know when your order is placed so that we may have the time to accommodate your needs.

If you are in the greater Phoenix area, and would like to visit our shop, or pick up your purchase in person, let us know in advance so we can have a double espresso ready for you!

*custom packaging is available upon request for an additional fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

We thank you so much for ordering from us! If we have met or exceeded your expectations please take the time to post feedback for us. Although it may seem insignificant to you, a company like ours thrives on feedback like this.

If something has happened to your order, or if you're unsatisfied, please let us know immediately so that we can come to a resolution that works for everyone. We do not provide refunds. However, we are able to provide store credit. We will first need the originally purchased item returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom crafted items cannot be returned or refunded.

To cancel your order we will need your request via confirmed email within 48 hours of payment. Or to gain store credit we need your request via confirmed email before item has shipped. Info [!at] scribesf.com
