Item is nice and as described and delivered on time BUT post purchase support is dismal and non existent. I messaged twice, 3 days apart and then waited to write this review and still no response. I needed to reschedule the party that the invite I purchased was for and I messaged her offering to pay for a change to the date. Seemed easier than completely repurchasing. I even verified shop isn’t closed. Absolutely no response and if she didn’t want to she could’ve replied “no”. I ended up repurchasing a new invitation from a different seller. For this reason I do not recommend this seller and will not use again.

Miah was AMAZING to work with And I could not be more happy with the finished product! She was prompt with returning messages, she was accommodating to changes I requested and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I will definitely be ordering from her again and you should too!
