Sales Tax: Sales tax (8.25%) will be charged on any items shipped within the state of Texas
Orders will ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS mail. Transit times for these services will vary depending on location, but generally range from 1-4 business days. We are shipping from North Texas.
Shipping Rates: The shipping costs quoted in our shop listings are for standard ground service to the lower 48 states. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will likely incur additional shipping costs.
International shipping is available in some cases. Please contact us for a price quote for shipping outside the USA.
Refunds and Exchanges
Shipping Damage: If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of arrival and provide detailed photographs showing the damage. In most cases your order will be replaced at no charge.
Order Cancellations: A cancellation request for any order will be honored if production has not yet begun on the order. In most cases, if the proof has not yet been sent then production has not started. Your payment will be refunded in full.
If a refund request is received after a proof has been sent, a $15 surcharge will be placed on the order to cover the work already done. The remaining payment will be refunded.
Additional policies and FAQs
Proofs will be sent to the email address provided with your order. It is your responsibility to approve this proof. If a response is not received, one follow up email will be sent. We then will generally wait approximately 5-7 days for approval-in the case that we do not receive a response, your order will be sent to production without approval and the sale will be final.
Design Revisions: two rounds of revisions are included, so if you need multiple changes to the design, please state all of them in one message. If further revisions are requested, each additional proof will be billed at $10 each.

Where do I enter the names/dates to be used on my sign?
During checkout there will be a section labelled "note to seller" where this information can be included.
How long will it take to produce my order?
Our standard production time is 1-2 weeks. If you wish to place an order but need delivery sooner, please contact us before ordering for a definite answer on meeting your deadline.
Will my order arrive by Christmas?
Orders placed after Dec. 2nd will not be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.
