Payment
Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments processed through Etsy's direct checkout system. Payments can also be made using Paypal if preferred.

Sales Tax: Sales tax (8.25%) will be charged on any items shipped within the state of Texas
Shipping
Orders will ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS mail. Transit times for these services will vary depending on location, but generally range from 1-4 business days. We are shipping from North Texas.

Shipping Rates: The shipping costs quoted in our shop listings are for standard ground service to the lower 48 states. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will likely incur additional shipping costs.

International shipping is available in some cases. Please contact us for a price quote for shipping outside the USA.
Refunds and Exchanges
General Terms: Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL sales are final. The only exception to this rule will be if we make an error regarding your order. If an error is made on our part, please contact us via email within 3 days and your product will be corrected and replaced at no charge to you.

Shipping Damage: If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of arrival and provide detailed photographs showing the damage. In most cases your order will be replaced at no charge.

Order Cancellations: A cancellation request for any order will be honored if production has not yet begun on the order. In most cases, if the proof has not yet been sent then production has not started. Your payment will be refunded in full.

If a refund request is received after a proof has been sent, a $15 surcharge will be placed on the order to cover the work already done. The remaining payment will be refunded.
Additional policies and FAQs
Proof Policy: A digital proof will be sent via email on most personalized items, unless indicated otherwise in the listing. This proof will give a general idea of how the finished product will look. It is your responsibility to review all text and layout for accuracy.

Proofs will be sent to the email address provided with your order. It is your responsibility to approve this proof. If a response is not received, one follow up email will be sent. We then will generally wait approximately 5-7 days for approval-in the case that we do not receive a response, your order will be sent to production without approval and the sale will be final.
Design Revisions: two rounds of revisions are included, so if you need multiple changes to the design, please state all of them in one message. If further revisions are requested, each additional proof will be billed at $10 each.
