1 out of 5 starsI ordered this scroll in March and paid for it and waited for the delivery charges and the delivery charges were sent to me $13.00 whereas the website still advertises it for £5.82. So I asked Laura Derk to refund me - she asked me to return the item (return to sender) which I did on 2nd April and till date I am still waiting for the refund. Why mislead customers with posting before ordering. She then sends me an email and returns and that she hasn't received it as yet. Can anyone tell me what is my fault - I order with one price for delivery on the website but this lady seems to completely misunderstand that its her fault and its her responsibility to refund me for the item. Still waiting. If I were you please check the delivery they will actually charge before paying for the item. I will now be in touch with paypal for refund.

Order was shipped on time. USPS charged us more than Etsy charged for shipping. Customer was told that a refund would be issued when scroll was returned. We have not as of yet received the scroll in order to issue a refund. Misunderstanding was all on shipping - not the quality of the product - nor the time it took for us to ship it out. Looking forward to getting this settled.
