I find it so hard to believe a person like this can come out and attempt to destroy a small business like this. This says alot about a person. I have well over 6000 sales on Etsy and additional to Facebook, all are positive feedbacks but this. Given this buyer is all over the "buyers beware list" on Facebook and my past experience with her. She is hostile and irrational to deal with. I refuse to sell to this buyer. I have blocked her on Facebook from any purchases, but cant block her here to purchase. So I am refusing to sell to her! Refunded! Thank you.

Domestic orders~I cannot be responsible for lost orders or delayed orders. Once I put your order in the mail they are out of my hands and if you want insurance please let me know and I will set you up a listing. USPS has been sloppy lately and I just cannot have my business controlled by USPS and keep resending packages when its not my responsibility.
International shipping is available AT YOUR OWN RISK. I cannot track international orders and cannot verify their arrival. I also cannot say when you package will arrive. I will have proof of your shipment with a customs form and I do NOT return any money to buyer if their package is lost or stolen in customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
There will be NO refunds given on customs. I will work with you to find the best solution to any problem that arises but a refund being given will be at my discretion if it is the best solution for the issue and ONLY when there are no other options.
