Custom and personalized orders

~Orders that are personalized, to include constellation and morse code necklaces, may take approximately 5-10 business days to be ready for shipping.
~Larger orders that include multiples may take up to three weeks to be ready for shipping. Please let me know if your order is time-sensitive. I offer Priority shipping which takes 1-3 days for an additional $3 from the drop-down menu at checkout. The purchase of Priority shipping does not include expedited turnaround time. ~Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days from time of order.

How to order personalized items.

~Please include all details and/or any special requests at checkout in the “Optional Note to Seller” box just under the item in your shopping cart. If you would like to make a modification after you've placed the order, let me know and I will gladly make the changes to your notes as long as I haven’t started production.
~Also, please be sure to see the drop down menus on your item - most items have options for ordering, such as metal choice and lengths.
If in doubt about the length of your personalization or whether it will fit on your item, please message me before ordering and I will let you know.
