I highly recommend this singing straw. It works exactly as it should, the quality is excellent, and its more compact size makes it ideal for anyone who tours, travels, or simply wants to carry it around to use throughout the day. Really good product.

I purchased 2 straws on April 6. Early May I had to message to say there still was no tracking. Shop owner said a bunch of orders got lost in the mail and said they'd resend right away. I had to send another message May 9th saying there is STILL no tracking. Then they repeated what they said the first time. I asked for a refund. They said "right away". I had to babysit the order again to write to say I had not received a refund. I understand mistakes happen but what really annoyed me was that I had to initiate contact for their errors 4 times -- they never did. I cannot trust this shop to know what they should be in charge of. It's May 26 and I was finally refunded after waiting over a month and a half for straws that were never even coming. Please watch your orders, you can't entrust this to the shop owner. Very stressful.

after my order being in pre transit for weeks emailed the seller and was told if it couldn't be located they would reship after waiting another 2 weeks to see when it would be shipped out got no answers after waiting over a month just ended up getting refunded. sadly to say I was a return customer but not anymore
Plastic Free AND Safer? Where do I sign?
As a global traveler I have personally witnessed the devastating impact of single use plastic. It's simply no longer an option. And with the current pandemic, the safest and most eco friendly way to consume any liquid is through your own personal straw. Keep it germ free AND cute. 😉

Yes. If your wonderful straw broke... Bummer... But I'll send a new one . Just send a picture of broken straw, (no sob story needed), ETSY receipt/Order #, pay for Postage and I'll send you a new one. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
