If you are unhappy with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 7 days of you receiving your item- for this I go off of estimated delivery date or delivery date based on package tracking- as long as items are unused/unworn, resellable, and returned in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping. Within those 7 days, you must let me know if you're returning the item. Once I have received it, it I will issue your refund minus the original shipping costs.

All discounted/sale items are final sale and refunds will not be accommodated. Custom orders may be eligible for refunds, depending on the item- this is based upon my discretion.

If you have an issue with any of my items, PLEASE contact me first before leaving feedback! I stand behind my products, and if there is some fault of mine I will always work to make it right!

Items are shipped within 1-5 days, but typically within 2-3 days. If you need faster shipping services (such as overnight or 2 day air) please contact me before purchasing. Please be aware that I use recycled packing materials if at all possible- so while the packing materials may not be pristine, or may have a different company logo printed on them, it is better for the environment. Typically tracking is included with shipping costs, and a tracking number will be provided to you.

I pack each item carefully to ensure that it arrives intact. Typically items shipped within the US are insured, so if your item arrives and is damaged, please contact me so the insurance claim can be filed.

Please be aware that there are other price factors involved in shipping, such as the price of the box itself and also the packaging materials. If what you paid for shipping is more than what postage cost is stated on the box, it is becuase I have calculated in those other costs.

The shipping can be tricky to calculate, if you are purchasing multiple items, using Etsy's system. If you are overcharged for shipping during checkout, I will refund the excessive charges to you.

International Shipments:
*If you need international shipping and your country is not listed in the shipping section of the listing, please contact me before purchasing.* I have to weigh each item and calculate the shipping for each country- this way I can give you an accurate quote and will not overcharge you. Please message me with what item you wish to purchase, your Country, and if you wish your package to be insured or not (please see details on insurance below). Once I have the shipping quote I'll then add it to the shipping options on the listing.

I do pack fragile items carefully to insure that it will arrive intact, especially for international shipments. However please bear in mind that it is still possible that the item may be damaged on it's way to you.
Please be aware that the lowest costing international shipping does NOT include insurance. If you want your item insured, please let me know before purchasing! If you chose not to have your international package insured, I am NOT responsible for any missing or damaged items, and no refunds or exchanges will be given for uninsured items.

I typically ship items using First Class International service. Please be aware that while it does come with tracking, tracking information is not always updated when the package leaves the US. While the item has tracking, the international shipping companies may chose not to (or not be able to) update the tracking once the package has left USPS's service. Please keep this in mind. If your tracking information is not updated, chances are the package changed shipping providers and the new provider can not or will not update tracking. If you wish for more accurate/secure tracking, please opt to ship by Priority Mail International, Global Express Mail Guaranteed, or Express Mail International. Message me for pricing on those services.

Please be aware that it is possible for your country's customs to inspect, hold, or charge fees upon your package/items. I am not responsible for any delays or fees resulting from customs regulations.
