SeaSideSandys' Shop Policies
thank you for visiting my etsy shop. I work hard to satisfy my customers and accommodate requests.
I am always trying to think of new items to add to my shop. Always on the lookout for ideas or funny sayings. Having time to play around with these ideas is a different story, thanks to my shop keeping me busy!!! So I would love to hear what you have in mind. Your customizations Give me a chance to create new items for my shop.
Getting your order to you safe and sound is a high priority for me (otherwise I lose money)!!! I package the glassware carefully, but accidents do happen from time to time. If glass breakage does happen during shipping, I mail out another package ASAP.
My "craft room" is in my kitchen, so I can spend more time with the kids. I work on orders while they are at school. After school, I can still work on my orders in between serving snacks to 3 hungry boys, helping with homework, being a mom taxi, and cooking dinner. The kitchen is a central station for the boys, so I enjoy doing my work there. They do complain at times if my work is scattered all over the kitchen table, the countertops, the sink and the floor. But then they say "never mind mom...thanks for being able to buy us cool stuff". 😊
And I thank you, my customers, for choosing my shop to purchase from. It makes me happy, and it makes my family happy.
PayPal and Direct Checkout. If you change your mind after you have paid, just let me know and I will work with you.
I ship Priority USPS mail. This is 2-3 day shipping. I ship from NC, and it's normally a two day delivery. To your location.
Decals are sent via first class normal mail, with no tracking information provided.
I ship in the USA, and recently added Canada.
Your package will be sent in either a USPS priority box, or a re-purposed box that fits the order size. I use newspaper and packaging paper to wrap your glassware.
If you are shipping your package directly to someone as a gift, I will be happy to include a gift message. Just let me know what you would like it to say.
A tracking number will be sent when package is mailed.
Refunds and Exchanges
If I send damaged goods, please let me know; I will of course re send your item. I do package the glassware very well, but there have been rare cases of a broken glass.. If my product isn't what you were expecting, let me know and I will work with you on that as well. Remember that color shades can appear different on different screens.
