Hi there. I'm Belle, as my husband affectionately calls me due to my southern accent and roots. I'm glad you found your way to my little notions shop! It all started in the summer of 2020 (yes, during COVID). Being home so much, I needed a way to create more joy for not only myself but for others by way of handmade quilts and gifts. So I took up quilting and sewing at the age of 45. I immediately fell in love with all things 'notions'. After about 6 months of dropping pins, looking in the carpet for pins, too short of pins, pins bending or pins being a bit outdated, and some inspiration by a fellow quilter, I decided to make my own! So that is how this little shop came about and opened in mid-February 2021.

I created modern pins that are longer than regular pins for quilt piecing and made from the quality Clover brand. They are durable and with the 1 inch button heads, you can not only see them when they fall on the floor but you can grasp them easily! The pins are backed with custom pebbled faux leather for a finished look. They make quilting and sewing fun and make your pincushion look lovely to boot. I use them every weekend I quilt or sew and I know you will like them too.

In the weeks and months ahead, I'll slowly be adding other notions and sewing products to my shop so you will find other goodies too.
