I believe in being fair to everyone! I will deal honestly with you and make any transaction as smooth and trouble free as is humanly possible.
Payment is expected within 3 days of a sale. If you reside in Washington State, expect to pay sales tax. I prefer Paypal, but will accept money orders and personal checks as well. With a money order or personal check, I will ship the item after I have confirmation from my bank that they have cleared. This is due to a recent scam regarding a phoney cashier's check that I received. If you need to cancel a sale, please notify me by convo as soon as possible. I understand when problems arise.
I ship either the same day or the next day (depending on what time the sale happens) by USPS. If you prefer a different shipping method, I am happy to oblige. Just convo your preference. I charge actual shipping charges (as close as I can get them) including the cost of packaging. I never charge a handling fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns will be accepted if the item is shipped back to me within 7 days of receipt. All tags must be in place and if the item is clothing, it must be in the original condition it was received and not worn except for the initial fitting. If an item is received broken, I will replace the item immediately! Exchanges can be made for like items or same cost.
Refunds will be given for the price of the item only, no shipping charges will be refunded.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I do accept custom orders, including Alchemy. I expect that the clothing in my shop won't fit everyone, so if you see something you like but need a different size, please convo me and I will work with you! I guarantee my work to be free of defects, although occasionally I may miss a flaw in the fabric. Should one be discovered, I will replace the item as long as it isn't a one of a kind where I would unlikely have replacement fabric. In that case, I would let you choose a new item or get a refund.
