1 out of 5 starsThis was perhaps the worst buying experience I have ever had. Bought an expensive necklace, and seller charged me shipping insurance to protect the purchase. Shipping company failed to deliver the package, and appears to have lost it in transit. Goods are now gone, and I asked Gail to file an insurance claim on my behalf. She refuses to do so, and just responded that she "does not have the time or energy to deal with this any further" and basically washing her hands of the transaction. This was bought as a Christmas gift and here I am nearly a month and a half later with no gift delivered to a special person, and a seller that is not interested in making things right. Would not deal with this seller again. Nearly 2-1/2 months later, this is clearly the worst buying experience of my life.

I've worked with Ron diligently to locate this package, which was lost by Etsy's Australian shipping partner. Etsy COMPLETELY REFUNDED his purchase weeks ago. I understand how upsetting the situation is, and I've asked Etsy to review this case again to be sure I was following best practices. Sadly, Ron is not satisfied with the outcome but has decided he wants to double his money. I try to be honest and fair with all, and I won't be part of a deceit to get insurance money for an item that he has already been compensated for. I agree with Etsy who told me he has been refunded and the case is closed.
