I was born and raised in the coastal town of Santa Cruz, California, between deep foggy forests of redwood trees and the Pacific ocean. Creating art in some form has always been a part of my life. For me, it is an attempt to connect with and honor the truly incomparable art that is nature. There is a deep intelligence, an uncontainable wildness, a perfect, messy joyful unfolding that somehow created life on this planet. That is the most beautiful art. The jewelry I make is, I hope, a small piece of that that I can pass on to you, in mutual celebration of the beauty that is everywhere around us in nature.

I'm inspired by the world around me, and I really, truly love what I do. I hope it comes across in the jewelry that I make, and that you find something that inspires you as well.
