I started scripture journaling in 2018 but I've been writing and doodling in my scriptures ever since I was a kid. I love that I get to combine two things I love: the word of God and art. I started a shop under Inspired by the Muse to do custom event invitations and general art projects. I added my journaling kits in 2020 and saw some success. But I knew the name wasn't reflective of scripture journaling and started working to rebrand. In 2021, I decided it was time to finally start using the new name: Search These Things. My goal is to grow enough to make this my full time job. I currently work full time as a customer service/logistics rep for a company that manufactures spray foam insulation.
I got married to my best friend in 2020, and we moved a few months later to the north Houston, TX, area. My husband manages the LDS bookstore, and he constantly tells me about all of his amazing customers and the amazing experiences he has with them. We both love the gospel and missionary work. I'm grateful for this opportunity to make my testimony into artwork you can use in your scriptures!
