Hello...welcome to Seaside Sass. Growing up in the south I love all things personalized. This business started off with little girls hairbows, but has since turned into handmade designs to brighten up every room in the house. Thanks to the love and support of my husband we purchased our very own laser cutter in 2016. Everyone is sure to find something they'll love. We can't wait to see what our future holds. None of which would be possible without the support from family, friends and all of my customers.

Returns and exchange details
Due to custom requests of color or sizing / Personalization, I DO NOT offer refunds. I will replace any defective item with an identical item provided that I have pictures of the defective item along with the packaging the item arrived in. I will need this in order to file a claim with the post office. All orders do go through inspection and will only be mailed out if 100%. It is the buyers responsibility to carefully remove their item from the box. Please do not slide your item out of the box. This may cause your monogram to snap. Please read the entire description before purchasing your item.

If an item did arrive broken you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide pictures of the broken item as well as the packaging. You will NOT receive a refund or a new item without providing the above.

I do strive for customer satisfaction so if for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase please contact me so we can resolve the issue together.
Payment
Your order enters our work queue as soon as payment is received. Please refer to your receipt for your estimated ship date. Please note this date does not include any holidays. If you ordered an item that is stained or painted you could see a delay of no more than 2 business days as sometimes weather can be an issue.
Shipping
All items are shipped to the address you have on file with etsy. There are 2 places during the checkout process for you to verify it is being shipped to the correct place. Our shop is not responsible if your item is mailed to the address on file and it is incorrect. In the event this happens the buyer is responsible for paying the additional shipping fee to have the item shipped again once it arrives back to us.

Please notice the SHIPPING DATE on your ETSY receipt. This is the date I go by as a shipping date. Items are made as orders are received. This includes all local orders. I ship orders using USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail. Once your item is shipped it should take between 2-7 days in the USA, depending on the shipping method and weather delays. These dates are all estimates. While 99% of orders are shipped by the expected ship date there could be delays to orders around certain holiday seasons or to orders that require spray painting as weather can sometimes be an issue. There are also days that we have more orders than can be physically created in a day. These delays typically don’t run over 2 days past the expecting ship date.


PayPal Customers- Shipments are made with delivery confirmation to the address on file with PayPal. Please make sure to update your address with PayPal before purchasing. Refunds are not available for purchases sent to the wrong address.

Direct Checkout Customers- Shipments are made with delivery confirmation to the address on file with Etsy. Please make sure to update your address with Etsy before purchasing. Refunds are not available for purchases sent to the wrong address.

I do have a coupon code set up for all of my local (Jacksonville, FL) customers. Anyone who uses this coupon is EXPECTED to pick their order up. Your purchase WILL be cancelled if you use this code without permission. This code is not to be used with the intent of receiving free shipping.

We will provide 3 proofs upon request before purchase. Once you purchase the item we will be happy to make as many changes to your order as you’d like. Part of the cost is the time it takes to design custom orders.

What is my current turnaround time

Please see the turnaround time per listing. I keep these up to date for each item. If your item needs painting or staining, please add an additional 2 business days to the processing time. Business days are M-F from 9:00-4:00 est
