Orders are shipped to your Etsy address, so please make sure it is up to date.

I take great care in packaging orders. No matter how small, orders are shipped in high quality rigid mailers.

Payment

I accept instant Paypal payments (no e-checks) and major credit cards.

Full payment up front is required for custom orders.

Shipping

INTERNATIONAL Delivery: I am happy to ship internationally, so please contact me for prices and shipping delivery times.

On the Wings is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. I do not check "Gift" on custom forms.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please double and triple check any pictures of text that are sent. I'm unable to offer refunds or free "re-makes" for custom printed orders due to any spelling, grammar, or other errors, once they are approved for final printing.


I accept returns/refunds on a case by case basis, depending on if there was customization or personalized text that was approved. If you are not happy with your order, contact me within 3 days of receiving your order so we can discuss the options.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All products are created and stored in a smoke-free home.

I'm not available by phone. I prefer to communicate through the Etsy message system, but can email instead. All final order details will need to be confirmed here at Etsy.
