Please send me a message if you would like a custom or personalized order! A lot of the fabric in my Shop is out of print, so if it is unavailable we can discuss alternatives. If you're looking for a specific theme, I may be able to find it if I don't have it in stock. Lead times will be longer & there may be an extra charge if I have to special order fabric.

I can do custom sizing of masks (larger or smaller) or elastic size (longer or shorter, behind the head, or fabric ties).

If you need a different size mask than what is published in each product listing, please send me a message prior to placing an order. We can discuss what size you will need. I will ask you for measurements of either a current mask that works for you, or ask you to measure your face using flexible a measuring tape to ensure we have the correct numbers we need to make the best fit possible.

Measurements needed:
Bridge of nose to just under chin (inches)*
Ear to ear (inches)**

*If measuring an existing mask, please give nose to chin measurement with the fabric completely stretched out flat.
** If measuring an existing mask, please give the measurements of ear to ear fabric not including ear loops.

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering! I do not replace or refund any orders that are shipped to the wrong address. If the item is marked "Returned to Sender," the Buyer is responsible for all shipping & handling charges if the Buyer requests that I resend the package. Please contact me ASAP if you need to update an address prior to your item being shipped. Once your package has been shipped with USPS I can no longer change the destination.

If your package is delayed in shipping, please contact me ASAP so I can contact USPS to help you find it! It takes 3-5 business days to hear back from USPS.

I do not replace packages that are marked "Delivered" to the address on your order, but not received. Occasionally USPS marks packages as “Delivered” prematurely - they usually show up within 24 hours. If this is not the case, please contact your local Post Office that handles your mail to request verification that your package was delivered to the correct address. Once a package is in “Delivered” status I have no further tracking information available to me. If mail theft is suspected, please notify the Postmaster General and file a report with your local police department.

I do not refund or replace items that are damaged as you open your package. I do not use excess or frivolous packaging, so please use extra care when opening. If possible, do not use scissors or other sharp objects that may damage package contents.

If your items are damaged IN TRANSIT, please contact me ASAP. I require photo evidence of both the package AND the contents before I can formulate a plan for next steps.
