Boundless - to have no limits

I actually started my shop a couple of years ago when I used to sell my own handmade jewellery. Then I felt that I needed a purpose for the shop and decided to stop actively selling until I knew what I wanted to achieve.

This year I found that purpose. In the wake of the recent headlines regarding victims of sexual abuse, I felt that nothing much has been done to help those victims when they are no longer children and are expected to live a 'normal' adult life. As a result I am now currently working on a new mentorship programme to help these victims from the ages of 16-24. This programme will be for both men and women.

In order to achieve some of the ideas and goals I have planned, I will need to raise money. This is now the purpose of this shop. To raise funds for the mentorship programme. As I have mentioned previously it is in its very early stages and a lot of planning is still being done, but if you would like to know more please do not hesitate to contact me at vickyo7 [!at] msn.com.

    Hi! Thanks for checking out FreedomFaith. I am currently planning and organising a new project, which is to establish a mentorship programme for 16-24year olds who have been or are victims of abuse. This shop will help to fund some of that programme.

Payment
I only accept paypal payments. Please make payment immediately after placing your order. Please note that payments via PayPal e-cheque can take up to a week to clear from the US and up to two weeks from the UK, though the average is around 5 days, orders will be despatched once confirmation of cleared payment has been received from PayPal.

If a payment, including the confirmed intention to pay via PayPal e-cheque, is not received within 48 hours of your order being submitted, the order will be withdrawn and relisted. Etsy will also be informed of the non-payment.

Please convo or email me if you have any problems with payment as I don't want to give negative feedback unnecessarily.

If you wish to cancel an order after payment please convo/email immediately. Please note if an order has already been shipped a refund for example will only be possible when the goods are returned - see below for further information.

Please also note that SeeMe...ByMe is not registered for VAT in the UK, prices therefore are not charged to include VAT.
Shipping
I will usually despatch all orders within 1-10 working days from the day after receipt of order and cleared payment. Please note that I am unable to ship on Sundays, UK public holidays or during unexpected events such as postal strikes. Please note I can not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been passed to the Royal Mail or for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of my control such as postal strikes or the Christmas holiday period when delivery is always slower. Should an exceptional event occur I will inform you of this at the time of purchase or as near to it as possible. PLEASE NOTE I AM BASED IN THE UK AND SHIPPING OVERSEAS CAN TAKE TIME TO ARRIVE. Shipping outside of the UK may take longer, up to as much as 6 weeks though it should be noted that this is not the norm - it can be incredibly quick - 2-3 days to the rest of Europe and 3-7 days to the US/Australia/New Zealand etc. Please note that for overseas shipping I cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit once packages have been passed to the Royal Mail as insurance is not available on standard shipping. UK orders will be sent standard first class, overseas orders standard airmail. Please note that orders placed outside of the EU may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of my control. Payment of such amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to.

Postal address - orders will be sent to the ship to address indicated on your Etsy order. Please ensure that this is your correct address and if there is a significant difference to your PayPal address that you convo me to confirm the correct and full postal address. I can not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to discrepancies in Etsy to PayPal delivery addresses. Please note that your delivery i.e. PayPal address really should always be your Etsy address for security reasons - if it isn't please convo me.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items will be sent to you properly packaged in perfect condition. If however you find the goods to be faulty please notify me by conversation or email of the problem within 7 days of receipt and then return the item to me and I will provide a replacement (I will offer to fix this item if possible) or a full refund as requested along with your postage costs where applicable. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as I can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Feedback - I leave positive feedback on receipt of your feedback once I know your package has arrived safely and you are happy with your purchases. Should there be any problems with your order please, please, please convo or email me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I want you to be happy with your purchases and aim to solve any problems at a customer services level i.e. prior to feedback.

Packaging - All items are individually wrapped and placed in small organza gift bags. They will then be packaged in a bubble wrap envelope, which you will receive in the post.
