Update: Still absolutely love the sign! Lexie did reach out to me about shipping issues today and refunded my cost. Thank you Lexie! Absolutely love the sign. The shop owner however was horrible with communication. She messaged me that it was shipping on 7/29 and I tried to contact her for shipping details and didn’t hear anything until my package came today 8/17 with a priority 1 day mail slip. Very disappointed that there was no communication, it goes a long way.
