It is best to contact us directly through Etsy if needed.
Please be aware that correspondence received on weekends may not be answered until Monday's. We do our best during the work week to get back to you within 24 hours. 

If you are sending direct to someone as a gift we are able to add a note to your order, just add it at checkout in the note to seller section, no receipt is ever added to the packaging.

All quote cards are preprinted and therefore wording can not be changed.

We do not offer gift wrapping as each item comes in a beautiful white/brown gift box with log and burlap tie which eliminates the need for wrapping, we're sure you'll love it!

Processing time is the time it takes us to make your order and prepare it to be shipped out.
Keep in mind This is separate from shipping time.  
Each piece is handcrafted so we have a processing time of 1-3 days to make the item. We do not keep an inventory as everything is made-to-order.  Good things take time and we work hard to get the orders out as quickly as possible. If you are under a time constraint please message us before placing your order.
*We do our best to ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4pm EST (excluding holidays). All orders placed before midnight the day before a ship date will be shipped out the following ship date.
*Example if your order is places Sunday before midnight it will be shipped out Monday at 2pm etc. 

Please read carefully (below) regarding the country you are shipping to before messaging us. All shipping times are estimates as once the package leaves us we have NO control over shipping times. 
All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. We are not responsible for shipping costs incurred if an address is entered inaccurately. Once the item has entered the postal system we have NO WAY to change the destination address, so please ensure it is correct. No signature is required for delivery so we suggest you keep track of your package with the tracking number provided.*Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included.

Generally 14-21 business days to ship internationally but this can really vary depending on customs once it reaches the destination country, we have no control over how long customs take to process the item, it generally a quick process but we can never give estimates or updates regarding customs. Buyer is responsible for any duty or fee imposed by their home country. We currently do not offer express shipping outside of Canada and The US.

We Generally say 2-5 business days to ship in Canada depending on location (we ship out of Ontario) shipping includes tracking and insurance. We can not give guarantees on shipping time as once the package enters the postal system we have no control over it.
*If you would like your order express shipped (1-3 business days) we have a listing that can be purchased for 20 Canadian. Keep in mind that express shipping is not guaranteed by Seeded Hope as once the package has left our facility we have no control over the shipping process. Shipping time is separate from processing time so be sure to add that into account (see above for processing time)

Keep in mind that express shipping is not guaranteed as once the package has left our facility we have no control over the shipping process or time for customs to process the item. Shipping time is separate from processing time so be sure to add that into account

*We are able to add multiple seeds to any necklace or key chain. 
*We charge 7 Canadian to add a seed that is not currently in a necklace Eg. Add a mustard seed to a forget me not necklace. 
*We are happy to add multiple of the same seed found in the necklace at no extra cost Example 2 or more forget me not seeds in a miscarriage necklace. If you would like multiple of the SAME seed in a necklace no need to message, simply leave us a note when checking out in the note to seller section. If you would like more then 4 seeds please message us BEFORE checking out as we are limited by the size of the pendant and seed size.  
Due to the unique nature and unpredictability of our one-of-a-kind products, specific style requests may be impossible.

To check on your order, and track it once it has shipped, visit the “purchases” section in your Etsy account or track on Canada Post or USPS websites with the tracking number provided. 

We offer local pick-up from our location in Chatham, Ontario, Canada to save on shipping costs. Please message us for a coupon code before you check out to save the cost of shipping and to arrange pick up time.

Unfortunately resin may slightly yellow over time due to exposure to uv light and naturally occurring oils on the skin.

For maximum life of sterling silver and 18K gold keep your necklace/bracelet from prolonged exposure to water (shower), chemicals such as chlorine, sauna's, tanning beds or any chemicals contact such as hairspray, perfumes, lotions, etc. 
We us sterling silver which contains no nickel. The gold is an 18K gold vermeil.
