Payment is accepted via Paypal only, and is due upon checkout.

We will reserve items, for up to 3 days.
Shipping
Prices quoted for furniture is for Greyhound. This means that it's shipped from my local station, when it arrives at your local station, they call you, and you pick up! This method of shipping is fairly quick and you can expect your item within a week of purchase! Greyhound shipping offers insurance, with the limit of $1,000. Some shipping zones only offer coverage up to $300, including CA.

We ask 5 days to process and pack large items, and furniture.

We also offer door to door freight shipping, through Navis Pack & Ship. Buyer can feel free to make other arrangements through freight shipper of their choice, and we will work with them. We also offer freight to Canada! Just convo us for a quote.

Smaller items are shipped with UPS, or USPS. Please notify us if you'd like to purchase insurance for your item, otherwise it will only be purchased for fragile items.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will only give refunds for items misrepresented in their description. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your item to notify us that it was misrepresented, and that you would like a refund. In case of a damage or loss through shipment, the buyer, or myself (whichever the shipping company prefers) will place a claim on the item. We cannot give refunds due to mishandling on the shipping company's behalf.
Insurance is not always included, but will be purchased for fragile items, unless otherwise requested.
