Shipping and delivery
The current situation regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) has caused a lot of uncertainty worldwide. That's why during this incredibly trying times I can't guarantee shipping carrier timelines and delivery timelines.
Carriers are doing their best to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, however, due to restrictions in different countries, more carriers are relying on ground transport especially for shipments from our EU facility. Therefore the tracking updates can be less frequent too.
Carriers have advised that it can take up to 20 additional business days for international packages to be delivered, so we would kindly ask to give this additional time.
