Shipping
Senri items are made to order and ship via Hong Kong Postal Service within 1-3 days from the date of purchase. If you require a specialty service such as expedited shipping via UPS, FedEx, DHL, delivery confirmation or insurance, please contact me in advance of payment so that I can create an invoice.

Senri ships anywhere in the world, with pleasure. International buyers will be responsible for customs or import duty. In order to avoid import duty, I will mark a lower value on orders totaling $50 USD or more.

Items will automatically ship to the address indicated on your Paypal account.
If you are purchasing a gift, Senri will ship direct to your recipient with a sweet little card - please include details in the "notes to seller" section.

All items are wrapped decoratively, packaged sensibly and shipped in padded mailers. Senri's jewelry boxes are made in the USA from 100% recycled materials, 75% of which is post-consumer waste. Each box is lined with non-tarnishing jewelers cotton.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your original Senri piece, you may contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss a return and/or refund. The piece must be returned in original, unworn condition along with the Senri wrapping and jewelry box. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Man vs Machine: Please bear in mind that slight imperfections are part of the charm and character of handcrafted goods.
Additional policies and FAQs
Q: How do I care for my Senri piece?
A: Brilliant sterling silver items can be polished using a silver polishing cloth or liquid silver polish. Gold items should be polished using gold polish only. Oxidized and patinated pieces should never be polished. The black, charcoal and golden tones will evolve and beautify over time with exposure to air, water and other elements. Please remember that patinas and oxidation are forms of tarnish, and if exposed to any form of polish they will lose their dark lustre.

Q: What is oxidation?
A: Oxidation is a process that speeds up the natural tarnishing of metal, resulting in a darkening of the surface. Do not polish oxidized pieces or they will lose the dark color that makes them so beautiful.

Q: What is gold filled?
A: Gold-filled is a gold product that will maintain its golden shine for a lifetime. Gold-filled is constructed in multiple layers. The base metal is jewelers' quality brass. A gold alloy is then bonded to both sides of the brass through heat and pressure. The gold alloy is legally required to contain 5% or 1/20 gold by weight. Senri gold-filled jewelry is 14kt gold-filled.

Q: What is a patina?
A: The result of exposure to naturally occurring or applied chemical elements to the surface of metal is known as a patina. Artists use patinas as surface embelishment to add color and texture to their pieces. Exposure to chlorides will result in green or blue coloration, sulfur compounds create a gold or brown color and oxidation leads to a black coloration. Purple, red and orange patinas can be created by the application of heat.
