Your Design Wish - Is My Desire!

Sepia Smiles is run by myself, Rosey Willis a custom designer specializing in stationery and unique one of a kind gifts including my message in a bottle gift range. I have been designing bespoke stationery and gifts from my home studio in Raunds, situated in the heart of England since 2009.

Beginning with designing scrapbooks and original handmade cards I then went on to develop my wedding stationery line.This led me onto creating customized stationery for
events including weddings, new years parties, business launches and engagement dinners. My online shop now ships worldwide and I love knowing that my designs are being enjoyed at weddings and special events around the world.

The New Years Resolution Kits, which were added to my message in a bottle gift range in 2013 were developed after Anthropologie US invited me to custom design something for their holidays collection. They have now been sold in Anthropologie stores across the US, and online and I am still thrilled to be a vendor for them with new items being added to their range since.

Due to the increase in sales I now have two other wonderful members to the shop, Karen and Julie. Karen helps me to create orders - she especially loves making the messages in a bottle. Julie also works as a maker - especially sewing confetti bags and garlands - she is a wizz on the sewing machine - and also packing and shipping orders.

As I am now wholesaling my products too, I have enlisted the help of my friend and now, manufacturing partner - Lance Jones. Lance has helped me upscale production so I can now accept large wholesale orders. Lance has a team of outworkers who all live within and around both myself and Lance's home town of Raunds, Northants. This team of lovely ladies are on hand to work from their own homes or together in the local community center, as and when required. He has a mother and daughter team and also several other ladies who get together to work on the orders.

Once Lance has sourced all of the supplies we need for the wholesale order we arrange a training session with all of the outworkers and I show them how the orders are to be made and the timescales within which to make them. They then proceed to create them in the comfort of their own homes or at a meeting place of their choice. I am always on hand for any questions they may have while fulfilling the order.

Myself and Lance are very much a team and are in regular contact whilst working together. It's great knowing that we are creating products sourced from purely British suppliers and that they are also being produced by local people. It creates a sense of community and pride for both ourselves, our outworkers and the community as a whole.

Payment is required immediately after purchase, otherwise your order will be cancelled and relisted.

***UK Buyers Only*** I will accept personal cheques and Postal Orders - Please note that purchases will not be shipped until cheques have cleared.
I DO NOT shipped items tracked as standard. If you would like a tracking number please contact me for a quote. Tracked parcels are a lot more expensive to ship overseas. None of my orders have ever gone missing in the post hence, not adding them to my shipping costs as standard. If you do wish to have a tracking number added to your parcel please let me know.

*Please be aware that all items are shipped / posted from the United Kingdom

*Shipping costs are calculated with the Royal Mail pricing calculator. The shipping price includes shipping and postage and packaging.

*Orders are posted on Mondays and Fridays - your order will be posted on the day nearest to the order date. If you would like faster shipping please contact me for a rate - I will do my best to help wherever possible.

*Custom and wholesale orders may take longer but you will be notified with a timeframe. PLEASE NOTE The time frame is a an estimate and can not be guaranteed.

*OVERSEAS ORDERS are posted Airsure 3-5 working days. This does not guarantee delivery in this time frame - it is Airsure's 'aimed' delivery time.
If you have any other postage preferences, such as recorded, tracked, signed for delivery etc.. please contact me to arrange.

*UK ORDERS are posted Royal Mail first class delivery. Please contact me if you would like to pay extra for expedited delivery.

DISCLAIMER: This is a guide sometimes shipping is quicker and sometimes longer, depending on customs, National Holidays, weather conditions etc.
Refunds and Exchanges
* Full payment is required upfront. I do not offer deposit listings as they are against Etsy TOU's.

*Refunds are not available on custom wedding invitations and all other custom stationary.

*Refunds are not available on items that didn't arrive in the customers expected time frame. I can not be help responsible for the postal system.

*All items are pictured and described in detail to the best of my ability. Vintage items are expected to show wear and age.

* Vintage Items - sale is final, however if you feel that the item is not as described please contact me.

*Handmade Items - if faulty or damaged -once returned by the buyer along with thier original packaging- will be refunded in full including the postage you originally paid. However return postage/shipping costs would be your responsibility.

* If an item is returned to me as an unclaimed package I am not responsible for any shipping fees and the item will be re-listed unless the you ask for item to be reshipped at your own expense.

*It is extremely rare for an item to go missing in the post and so far has NEVER happened with any of my customers orders. However, should this happen please let let me know and I will do my best to help rectify the situation.
