How to measure your wrist
Cut a strip of paper and place it around your wrist or the place where you want your bracelet to rest. Mark or cut the paper so it goes all around your wrist but doesn't overlap. Measure that paper on a ruler and that is the size you will select from the list.
Does Selecting Priority Mail get my order processed faster?
I offer Priority mail shipping upgrade at the time of purchase. Please note that this is just a faster shipping time from USPS, selecting this shipping option doesn't guarantee a faster processing time.
Kindly send me a message before placing the order to ensure I can update the processing time accordingly as I cannot always accommodate faster processing times.
When checking out, please select your preferred shipping upgrade… Don’t forget to factor in weekends and
Holidays. 😊

Do you package each bracelet separately?
I don't. The order comes ready for gifting, if you want separate packaging per bracelet there might be an added cost. Kindly inquire about this before placing the order.
What are your business days?
Our business days are Monday - Friday except for holidays.
We may occasionally ship on Saturdays but it's not guaranteed. Etsy may include Saturdays in calculating the number of business days an item takes to be ready to ship. If you order between Wednesday and Friday, you may need to add 1 day to Etsy's calculation. Plese convo me if you have any questions.
Do you accept front of the line processing?
We WILL do our best to ship your order out quickly for you if it is needed in a hurry. We cannot make a “definite guarantee” that your order will arrive by the deadline needed if the time frame is steep- but we will bump your order to the front of our processing. Please indicate in the “Notes to Seller” section at checkout:
-The date your order is needed by
-Your Shipping State and Zip Code
We may need to message you on Etsy if your deadline is too steep or if we do not believe we can accommodate your deadline. This message will also automatically be forwarded to the email used for
your Etsy account but may be filtered into spam.
*Please Note: Front-of-the-line shipping is not available during our busy seasons, such as Holiday-Time.
What if my order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution.
/reship your order/ contact the postal service to locate your order. We offer one replacement order per customer. If your area is prone to package theft, kindly message me to request a special service that requires your signature so USPS does not leave it on your porch.
If an order is marked undeliverable
If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive your return order, we will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a re-shipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.
What if my package shows as delivered and I didn't get it?
If the package tracking shows it has been delivered and you have not received the item and it is not due to a wrong address issue (see "If an order is marked undeliverable"), this is cataloged as mail theft which is a federal offense. You will need to file a claim with USPS and file a police report so they can help you.
I will kindly ask you to purchase a restricted delivery service, and I will resend your package for you to pick up at the post office. The current price (March 2019) for this service is around $15.
If you are experiencing loss of packages on a frequent basis, kindly request restricted delivery to be added to your order before purchasing. We only offer ONE replacement per customer. Mail theft is not our responsibility.
When an Item isn't picked up at USPS or is Undeliverable or the wrong address was on File on Etsy
If the item is returned to me either because it was marked undeliverable, the wrong address was registered on Etsy or because the item was held at the post office and was not picked up by USPS' deadline. The buyer is responsible for paying the seller for shipping costs (in case it was a FREE shipping item or an item that the seller paid for shipping costs and didn't charge the buyer) and for also paying for it to be delivered through a restricted delivery service which starts at $15.
How are your processing days calculated?
Processing days will be counted from the first business day after the order is placed.
Example: If our current processing days are 1-3 days
* Scenario A: You order on a Monday, your items should as soon as 24 hours after the order is placed and no later than Thursday. Use this method to calculate any business day order.
* Scenario B: You order on a Saturday, your order will be processed as if ordered on a Monday, so it will ship as soon as Tuesday and no later than Thursday.
