How long does it take to make and ship?
Each sign is handmade and takes 3-5 business days to produce, depending on the complexity. Once completed, shipping time varies based on your location:
- USA & Canada: 5-10 business days
- Australia: 7-10 business days
- Europe & Other Regions: 15-20 business days
We provide tracking information for all orders. If you need a rush order, please contact us before purchasing!
What’s included in the box?
Each LED neon sign package includes:
- The neon sign (pre-installed on an acrylic backing)
- Power adapter with plug (compatible with your country)
- Remote control (for brightness adjustment)
- Wall mounting kit or hanging chains (depending on the design)
Are the neon signs safe and energy-efficient?
Our LED neon signs are energy-efficient, shatterproof, and don’t overheat, making them much safer than traditional glass neon. They are ideal for homes, kids' rooms, businesses, weddings & events, etc.
Is the packaging secure and safe for shipping?
Your sign will be packaged with premium protective materials, including plastic wrap, bubble wrap, shock-resistant foam, cardboard edge protectors, and a sturdy hard carton box. This ensures that your sign is delivered to your doorstep in perfect condition.
In the rare event that your sign is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately – we are always ready to assist!
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! Each sign includes a 12-month global manufacturer warranty as standard. Additionally, accessories such as the remote control, dimmer, and adapter come with a 1-month warranty.
Our 12-month international warranty covers any defects or malfunctions resulting from manufacturing errors or craftsmanship issues. However, it does not cover damages caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
Please be aware that any claims regarding damaged signs or missing accessories due to shipping must be submitted with clear evidence within 5 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, after this timeframe, we will not be able to process claims or provide compensation.
What is the lifespan of a neon sign?
Our LED neon signs have a lifespan of 50,000+ hours with proper use. That means if you use it for 8 hours a day, it can last for over 17 years!
