Payment
- I currently accept PayPal payments and Direct Checkout (credit card) payments.

- Please initiate your PayPal transaction within 3 days of initial purchase of item. After 3 days I will cancel the transaction for nonpay and relist the item in my shop.
Shipping
* International customers are responsible for any import taxes and fees *

-All items will be shipped only after payment is received. Most items are shipped out in 1-2 days after payment.

- If you require rush delivery, just let me know! I will send you a quote for Express shipping.

-My shipping costs are for First Class mail, with Delivery Confirmation (for domestic orders),shipping materials, and the shipping cost itself.

- I obtain delivery confirmation tracking numbers for all domestic U.S. shipments. If I forget to update your Pay Pal shipping information with a tracking number, shoot over a note and I will be more than happy to provide you with the tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges
- I sincerely believe you will love your item, but if you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback or filing a claim. Your business and your satisfaction mean a great deal to me.

As an online shopper myself, I have experienced my fair share of problems with online orders first-hand as a customer, and I know how frustrating they can be. If you have a problem, CONTACT ME. I check my Etsy mail every day; usually several times per day. I will get back to you quickly and am more than willing to try and rectify any problem you may have.


-PLEASE keep in mind that colors vary on individual computer monitors. Also, due to the nature of the printing process and the papers I use, actual print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen. I do my best to provide the most accurate color representation for each of my pieces in my listings but slight variations in the actual prints should be expected.

- Refunds are granted on damaged items upon proof of damage, via either returning the item or sending photos of the damaged item by convo or email.

- Shipping cost to return item is at the expense of the buyer. I will refund item and original paid shipping cost, but buyer must pay to return the item.
