Announcement    Please contact me first before leaving a negative review, as customer service is my number one priority, and if you are having a problem with a font, there are many things I can do to help you work out the problems. If I don't answer within 8 hours, contact me again, sometimes I am away from the computer so need to be reminded. If you need to get in touch with me about designs, it is better to use the Etsy messaging system. I have an app on my phone that notifies me anytime I get a message from a buyer on Etsy, so I can respond to those much quicker. Email I only check a few times a day.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: My font listings include ONLY individual letters, most times also numerals and punctuation, and sometimes special characters. Any photos included in the listing are examples of what can be done with the individual characters you are purchasing. If you want a combination of letters, a phrase or a name, etc., please choose the personalization option and explain what you want.

👀👉 ALWAYS test new designs on a scrap of fabric or stabilizer first before sewing on your final project.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU request personalization with your order, send me a message to let me know what your personalization request is, format and size. That info is included with your receipt, but Etsy does not send me notice when personalization request are made, and I sometimes don't see that info on the receipt, so it would be great if you would also send me a message to let me know you submitted a personalization request with your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all sizes fit all machines. Some machine hoop sizes will not accommodate larger designs; please refer to your machine manual for what sizes will work for your machine. IN ADDITION I do not have manuals for every embroidery machine that exists and I do not know how every embroidery machine works. Please don't purchase any of my designs if you don't know how to use your embroidery machine or how to get my designs into your embroidery machine. I will not guarantee any designs or issue any refunds because you don't know how to operate your machine.

My Embroidery Designs are digital Items for home embroidery machines available for you to download via Etsy shortly after your payment is complete. Designs require an embroidery machine to be stitched out. These are not the final stitched product you see on clothing, rather the digital designs to create the embroidery.

Designs are downloaded as zipped files. The most common formats are included in the .zip file you will download (dst, emd, exp, hus, jef, pcs, pec, pes, vip, vp3, xxx) . You may need a special program to "unzip" the file which will have a .zip extension. Instructions for opening a .zip file can be found here http://www.wikihow.com/Open-a-Zip-File

Purchased designs are © Sew Incredible Stuff. These design files may not be shared, transmitted, copied, transferred, altered for sale or resold in their original, digital format. Resale of physical merchandise created by using these designs is permitted. Resale of the embroidery designs themselves in any capacity is strictly forbidden.
