Creating Detailed Designs for Your Dolls

I am a teacher by training, but a stay-at-home mom by choice. Since 2004, I have had a business making and selling doll clothes for a variety of dolls. I began with Tonner's Tyler Wentworth, but have created clothing and then knitting and sewing patterns for Kish dolls like Riley, Bethany, and the Chrysalis line, then Dianna Effner's Little Darling Dolls. I have recently ventured into Kaye Wiggs MSD dolls like Layla and Mikki.

You'll find my patterns for American Girl-sized dolls under the shop name "Grace's Gifts" (gracesgifts18) also here on Etsy.

I enjoy writing, and the act of miniaturizing people-sized clothing for dolls.

Leannie are the makers of the actual Little Darling Dolls!! Back in 2012, Dianna Effner was in need of a designer to create a jeans and jeans jackets pattern for her dolls. I was tickled to be able to help her. We collaborated and had an order of blue jeans made, then colored jeans in 2014.
