PayPal is the most convenient and easy way to shop online, but I also accept major credit cards through Etsy. Please pay within 72 hours of ordering an item. After this the item will be returned to the listings for the public to purchase.
Any special order items will be given their own listing in the shop listings so look for your personal order after placing a special order. If you wish to cancel a special order item you need to notify me within 24 hours. Special order items are not refundable.
I ship USPS first class. I do not pay extra for insurance or confirmation, and I do not refund monies for lost packages.
If this is something you are worried about I can arrange for you to pay extra for the insurance or for priority mail. Please let me know. This applies to international customs as well. I recommend your paying extra for international items. I will set up the billing for this in your listing prior to payment . Let me know if you want these extra services.
Items will not be shipped until payment has been made. No exceptions.
If you are in a rush, let me know and I will set up a higher priority mail and add it to the bill.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will correct any problems you encounter with the craftsmanship of the product up to 45 days. All you need to do is return it to me with an explanation of the problem. I will correct the problem and pay shipping to return it to you. After 90 days I will repair anything that appears due to craftsmanship as well, but shipping both ways will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns are not given for a change of mind unless the order is going to be exchanged for something else of the same or greater value and is returned to me in unused condition so it can be resold. Shipping for this will be paid for by the purchaser not by Sew Cute Dolls.
All items lost in transit are not the responsibility of Sew Cute Dolls. There will be no refunds for this.

If at any time I feel the buyer is being unreasonable with demands or uncooperative with an order or payment I reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
