Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Refunds will be made when the fabric has been returned to the shop. Cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Returned items need to be in the same condition they were sent, meaning any fabrics that have been laundered or cut will not be accepted.
Refunds will be honored within 30 days of purchase.
Payment
You do not need a PayPal account to purchase with a credit card. Credit Card purchases will be securely processed through PayPal or by way of credit card!
Shipping
SHIPPING INFORMATION
At this time I offer flat rate shipping. See shop announcement. Larger custom orders may be a bit higher but I always charge less then the actual shipping cost.
Packages go first class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the order. Tracking numbers will be provided with each US order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be given the tracking number. International orders are shipped First Class or Priority depending on weight. If you would like to upgrade your shipping or add insurance to your package please request when you make your order. With international orders if you would like an invoice placed either on the outside or the inside of the package please request at time of purchase. International order will be marked COMMERCIAL SAMPLE. Packages will not be marked as "gifts" at this time.
Once a order has shipped the shop can not be held responsible for loss, damage or missing packages due to errors from the postal service. Orders listed by USPS tracking as DELIVERED will not be resent or reimbursed. I will do ALL I can to help you track your order down, but I do not work for the postal service.
