After this feedback & a very nasty message from buyer, I contacted her several times to rectify and received zero response.I sent her a screen shot of her order with the headband design description circled to show her order was correct. She unfort chose the wrong option in the drop down menu (they are listed in same order as pics). I also custom made it as she requested it to be made 2” wider & even included a free swim Scrunchie, as I was in isolation with Covid & did this as a thank you to all buyers during this time. This was an international order which she was informed has increased shipping time & can be held up at border, usually taking 3-4 weeks time. Unfortunately due to this negative experience I have decided to stop shipping internationally .
