PERSONALIZATION + MONOGRAMS
● Use the PERSONALIZATION BOX to enter info requested: font choice, monogram info, additional colors, special instructions, etc.
● FONT CHOICES may be seen in other SG shop listings as well as on Pinterest http://www.pinterest.com/SewGracious/fonts
PROOF APPROVAL REQUIRED
● Proofs are sent via ETSY INBOX, not direct email.
● PLEASE CHECK your Etsy Inbox after your purchase.
● Proof approval is required for orders to move into production,
● Proofs are not sent for single initial monograms, unless requested.
● Correspondence is kept within the ETSY INBOX system, rather than direct email so that we both may access the information easily.
THREAD + FABRIC COLORS
● Fabric & thread colors will vary from the color chart and the digital proof images due to monitor settings, editing & lighting.
● Please request a complimentary swatch if you need to match colors at home. Returns are not accepted due to colors not matching.
PILLOW COVER SIZING + INSERTS
● Covers are INTENTIONALLY MADE SMALLER than the intended insert to insure the proper fit.
● The size in each listing indicates the size of the pillow insert that you need to purchase at your local fabric or craft store.
● Pillow inserts are NOT INCLUDED but available at retail craft/fabric stores as well as some big box stores and large online retailers.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS + QUALITY
● LINENS: Hand or Machine Wash on cold gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not wring. Air Dry Only. Steam/Press with a warm iron to remove wrinkles. Do not iron directly on monogram.
● PILLOW COVERS: Spot Clean or gently hand washed if necessary with above method.
● Monogramming is done on a professional embroidery machine.
● Pillow covers are individually handmade in our studio with an overlapping envelope closure. Interior seams are serger-finished.
● All cocktail napkins, towels, linens & luggage tags are professionally pre-made blanks which are individually monogrammed in the SG studio.
● The Sew Gracious studio is clean & smoke-free.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
● Please be sure your shipping address is correct. Buyers are responsible for postage to re-ship orders that may be returned due to an incorrect shipping address.
● Sew Gracious is not responsible for orders that are lost or mishandled by the US Postal Service. As a small business, orders that are lost or mishandled in shipping will not be replaced for free. Please opt for the Priority Mail upgrade at checkout.
