Thank you so much for visiting my shop! I hope you like what you see :) Customer service and your satisfaction is my #1 goal... For your safety and mine I only accept PayPal and ETSY Direct Checkout for payment. Please note that your payment must clear before I will ship. This includes e-check thru PayPal.
I ship using USPS First Class and estimates to arrive 2-5 days after I drop it off to be shipped. International packages may take up to 45 days to get to you. It does not normally take this long, but it may. All domestic shipments will receive a tracking number, where scanning is almost always updated by the post office, including delivery confirmation. If you are ordering from somewhere outside of the United States, a custom tracking number is provided, however, delivery confirmation is not available.
I am not responsible for lost packages once they are mailed. If you would like to add additional insurance please contact me so I can set up a custom listing.
Refunds and Exchanges
If a refund is requested, your purchase price will be refunded (not shipping). Item must be returned in same condition shipped (new, unworn, undamaged) for refund to apply. Refunds are not available on custom orders, including custom sizing, colors, etc.
If a replacement is requested for a non custom order, the original time must be returned (in new, unused, undamaged condition) at buyers expense prior to a new item being shipped for replacement. I suggest sending with a tracking number.
I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.
If you suspect an error in the order you've received, I must be notified within 2 business days.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Order Processing: PLEASE CHECK SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES. Orders are processed in order the are received. If an order needs to be received by you earlier than my current processing time, a rush fee applies and can vary based on how soon an item needs to ship. The rush fee is in addition to any extra shipping charges to expedited delivery.
Custom orders may take longer based on materials required and availability. I will always keep you informed of progress. If you need an item by a specific date please send me a message prior to ordering.
Items with direct embroidery will appear as shown in pictures, as far as overall design. Fabrics or thread colors may vary slightly but overall appearance will remain.
Items with Patches: You may receive a slightly different patch than what is pictured based on availability. For examples, Ariel may be facing a different direction, Minnie Mouse may not include Mickey Mouse, Hello Kitty may have a bow or flowers. If you want the EXACT item pictured please include it in the "notes to seller" during check or message me before purchase to check availability. I will always try to have the exact patch pictured or to match it as closely as possible. Patch location may vary from picture, based on construction of item, feedback received from previous orders, or customer request.
Tank Top Dresses: Colors may vary slightly from one size to another.
Socks: May vary in appearance, for example may have pink heals and toes, or a different knit pattern but will always be fold down bobby style socks.
Bows: If ribbon shown in picture has been discontinued. Then a replacement ribbon will be used. Ribbon will be matched as closely as possible to what is pictured.
All items are handmade. I heat seal all ribbons and prewash all fabrics. All items will be professionally serge seamed.
For best results, hand wash or use gentle cycle and hang to dry.
