Welcome

Sew happy you visited me at Sew Personal! My goal is to create the perfect unique gift that will be cherished for a lifetime (even if it's a gift to yourself!). Due to the custom nature of personalization, ordering is a bit of a process of communication. You will need to click on "contact the shop owner" under payment to let me know what you are interested in. I will contact you within 24-48 hours (usually sooner!) to get the specifications (ie color, font, placement etc.). If you don't see it pictured, contact me and we will tweak it until it's what you are looking for. Not sure? No problem, contact me and we will work to create a one of a kind item that will take your breath away. Payment

Payment will be accepted through etsy, Paypal or personal check. Production will not begin until payment is received. Payment is considered approval of design specifications.

Shipping

*NOTE TO BUYER: I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO GUARENTEE PERSONALIZED ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS EXPEDIATED SHIPPING OR RUSH ORDERS.
Items will be shipped priority mail via USPS unless otherwise noted or discussed.
You will be notified when your item has shipped, along with a tracking number. Most items (unless back ordered) will be shipped within one week to 10 days. Let us know if it is a rush and we will quote you a rush fee and get it out within 2 days of finalized order. Note, delivery dates are an estimate and can not be guarenteed by USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom personalization, all orders are final sale unless:
1) a mistake was made by Sew Personal that did not adhere to the written order
2) Unused item is flawed or damaged prior to receipt by recipient
Sew Personal cannot be responsible for shipping delays as long as item was shipped within a reasonable time frame for a discussed date promised.
