* 7% sales tax will be applied to orders from Mississippi customers.
* Orders can NOT be cancelled after I mail your purchase.
* To keep shipping costs at a minimum, I use 1st class mail with the USPS when possible. I do not include insurance in my shipping cost. If you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment, please contact me before making your purchase for the adjustment.
* I will provide an estimate of when your order will ship. And, once I ship your item I will send you a note to let you know it is on its way and give you an expected delivery date at that time.

* If you are unhappy with an item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. If the item is NOT personalized, it can be returned for a full refund; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Payment will NOT be refunded until I receive the returned item(s).
* I can not be responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in the mail. As stated in my shipping policy, I do not include insurance in my shipping costs. If you'd like to purchase insurance for your shipment, please contact me before making your purchase.
