PLEASE READ the item descriptions to ensure you are ordering the correct item to meet your needs.

Custom orders are welcome, however only to the respect in changing the color and/or fabric. If you want a different size, that can be done on most items. Other changes which involve crafting a new pattern and/or design are probably best left to someone else, as it is very time consuming and costly for me and probably wouldn't be cost effective for you.

My items are all handmade by myself with particular attention to detail and crafted in my smoke free studio.

Welcome to SewPro Designs. My precious Mother taught me at a very young age to enjoy the simple things in life and to use the talents God gave me. I have been designing, sewing and selling my designs for over 40 years and love what I do! I hope you too, will enjoy my work.


Payment is due at the time of order. I accept Paypal, your personal check or money order, or credit card. Please understand that your order may be delayed for up to 10 days, if paid with a personal check.


I ship by USPS mainly. Shipping is usually done within 1 - 2 weeks for custom orders. If the item is already made, then it will be shipped the following day after you order. If you need a rush order for whatever reason, be sure to ask. I will always try to accomodate your needs. Shipping is usually first class or priority. If you need an item faster, please contact me for shipping options and prices.

International customers are responsible for paying their own customs fees and taxes.
I cannot be held responsible for losses in the destination country.

If a wrong shipping address is provided, the item will only be re-shipped at the additional expense to the customer.

If an item is returned by the post office because it was not claimed, buyer will be charged return shipping fees if applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are available if the item is defective. But of course, I always want my customer to be happy, so if there is a problem, be sure to let me know and I will certainly make it right!

There are no refunds on personalized items unless the name is spelled wrong.

If a refund is requested and the item is not defective, the item must be returned for a full purchase refund, excluding shipping charges. The item must be in original condition to receive a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
