She was quick to respond and went over and beyond to make sure our little guy would have his shirt in time and that the fit would be perfect. she even sent me two mock ups to see how I wanted the name. The personalized letter and coupon code for another purchase were greatly appreciated as well. Definitely would not hesitate to purchase from her again.
