Please keep in mind, due to the nature of my products, custom and personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please double and triple check spellings of personalized names when listing them in Notes to Seller. Refunds/exchanges will not be given for customers error in spelling.

Sizing info can be found in each listing by scrolling thru the photos to the size charts. Sizing is considered True to size. If your child is nearing the end of a certain size, I recommend sizing up or compare size chart measurements to well fitting shirts at home.

What are Bodysuits?
Bodysuits are Carter's brand and are the same thing as what is commonly known as a Onesie.

Refunds cannot be given if item does not fit well, due to the personalized and custom nature of these products.

Shirts/bodysuits are 100 % cotton. I recommend hand washing or gentle cycle in cold water and laying flat or hang to dry, warm iron as needed. Do not hold iron on thread stitching, move iron around on fabric only. Do NOT iron clear vinyl material, glitter material, faux fur, or faux leather material.

I can include a personalized gift note upon request to the recipient, if a buyer would like to send a gift directly to someone. Packages will not have pricing info listed. Gift message can be added during checkout process.

Please understand, larger orders (3 or more items) do take longer to make and will often take a couple days longer than stated turnaround times to get shipped out. Orders placed during a weekend may ship on a Monday following the stated turnaround date.

Rush is available for an additional fee of $15. Send a message to inquire about rush.

There are choices at checkout of standard shipping and priority. This is the postage type. Priority is NOT the same as rush and does not ship out sooner than standard.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International orders can take several weeks or longer to arrive. Please plan accordingly and order well in advance.

Tracking numbers are provided on all shipped orders. Once items are mailed, I am no longer responsible for how they handled by USPS. Any issues with delivery need to be addressed with your post office. Shipping delays by USPS are beyond my control. There will not be refunds given for items not arriving to you by a certain date because of postal delays. If your package is determined as lost in transit via tracking number, a refund will be given. If your package shows delivered via tracking, a refund will not be given for claims of packages not received.

I do not accept customer items for embroidery. I do not embroider on items mailed to me by customers.

I do not make designs using licensed characters (i.e. Disney, Nickelodeon, etc) doing so would put me in violation of copyright/trademark infringement.

I do not offer discounts for bulk orders, prices per item are as listed regardless of how many are purchased.

Sew So Darling reserves the right to use any and all photographs of customer orders taken by Sew So Darling for business purposes, such as listing photos.

Sales tax will be charged depending your state law requirements.

Transit times and customs processing for international packages does take quite a while. It is recommended that international customers purchase as far in advance as possible. I'd recommend months in advance. Packages can take weeks in transit. Also, depending on your countries laws and regulations, you may owe a VAT tax on imported items to your local customs office before a package can be delivered. VAT taxes by law are the responsibility of the buyer. Please plan accordingly, neither of these issues are in the hands of the seller.

I do not typically send mock ups of designs to buyers. I am usually very busy stitching out orders daily and sending mock ups prior to making items would delay processing times. It is also impossible to send a full mock up of embroidered designs that use fabric in the design before they are actually stitched. The exception to this is for highly customized orders where the buyer requests computer generated mock ups for original, unique, new designs. Mock ups of this nature are only provided after purchasing your custom listing, not prior to purchase. Name, age, color changes to current listed designs are not considered highly customized.

Yes! you can. Tshirts sizes 12m and up and can be upgraded for a small fee to a color other than white. Bodysuits cannot, at this time. Sample sale shirts must be white. Rush orders may not be able to accommodate a color shirt due to needing time to order the shirt.
