Payments are due within 24 hours or can be cancelled. An order is not active or scheduled until payment is received.
Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing the order. Once I begin work on your order, refunds are denied.

Refunds and Exchanges
Custom items are nonrefundable (monograms, appliques, personalization) unless there was an error on my part when making the item. Emailed Machine embroidery designs are nonrefundable. If there are any problems with your order, contact me immediately. I will do everything I can to make things right. :)
