Hi there! Welcome to Sew Sweet N' Southern! My name is Ashley and I am the owner of Sew Sweet N Southern. I started Sew Sweet N Southern to help my family out financially and still be able to stay at home with my son. I have a Disney Brother embroidery machine, then I have a commercial Brother 6 needle embroidery machine and I also have a vinyl machine. I love custom orders and love creating new things! Please keep in mind that you are not buying from a corporation with 100's of employee's and machines. It is just me & my 3 machines! Returns and exchange details
Due to the custom nature of my items, All sales are 100% final. I do not give refunds or allow exchanges. However, if a mistake was made by me I will either give you a store credit, fix the error, or make you a new item. If you receive your item and something is wrong please contact me within *48 hours*. I must receive the item back in unused condition before a store credit or new item is issued.

STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE:
The store credit will be the same value as the items bought EXCLUDING shipping or rush fees. Store credit/ free item MUST be redeemed with-in 30 days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
I do not give any type of store credit, refund, or exchange to international customers/ orders, due to shipping costs!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once you order I get right to work digitizing the design and ordering supplies for your order, due to this reason I do not accept cancellations.

I accept PayPal, and all major credit/debit cards. Turnaround will be not be started until payment clears.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT OR THE SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TURNAROUND.
During checkout you will get an ****ESTIMATE**** of when your items is "expected" to ship. These are only estimates and WILL vary. If you need an item for a specific date, LET ME KNOW PRIOR TO ORDERING *AND* PLEASE PUT A NEED BY DATE IN THE NOTE SECTION TO SELLER. You *must* contact me **BEFORE** placing your order to see if I can accommodate your "need by" date. Sometimes I get SO busy that I will ship close to the need by date so PLEASE NOTE: The need by date should NOT be the day your leaving for a vacation or the day of your event. The need by date should be a few days before you actually need the item, because I can not control the USPS and transit delays may occur.

----------US CUSTOMERS----------
I ship USPS First class mail within the US. I also have a overnight & 2-3 day option available. Once shipped, It usually takes 2-5 business days for your item to arrive. Shipping insurance/ tracking is available at the *customers request* but it must be made prior to purchasing. Please allow 1 or 2 days for me to make it to the post office in between your shipped email & the day it gets to the post office. Shipping emails usually go out around 7pm EST.

----------INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS----------
I ship USPS First class international mail. Once shipped, It usually takes 2-6 weeks for your item to arrive. Shipping insurance/tracking is available at the *customers request* but it must be made prior to purchasing. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

----------PROBLEMS WITH PACKAGES ARRIVING----------
Once an order is shipped and is marked as shipped/received from the post office that order is no longer my responsibility. For lost/stolen/delayed packages please contact your local post office more additional information. I *cannot* guarantee that your order will arrive by a specific date.

----------------PERSONALIZED ORDERS----------------
Please be specific about sizes, personalization, fabric, font and color requests. If you are unsure of your options, convo me. If a shirt color, thread colors, font, other variations is not specified, I will pick. If a specific font is not requested I will typically use a font that coordinates with the design purchased. All my items are custom made so it may not look exactly like the picture. Some fabric/fonts/colors may differ! Sew Sweet N' Southern reserves the right to substitute applique fabrics with like fabrics due to discontinuation or when patterns are out of stock. Every effort will be made to match as closely as possible the original design and color hues. I am happy to send measurements for items upon request. When ordering you must enter the personalization in the note to seller box. Please verify the spelling of all personalization that your enter.

----------MOCK UPS----------
I do send mockups upon request. Each customer will get up to 3 mockups per item. Mock ups are sent after the customer has paid.

All items are created in my smoke free work room.
Care Instructions:
For best results hand wash and hang dry.
Iron on lowest heat, do not steam. If you need to iron, turn shirt or clothes inside out and press with iron, do not steam and do not iron directly on the embroidery or applique. This will guarantee a long lasting design. Any faint marking lines will disappear after washing. The fabric backing will also soften with washing.

-------COMFORT COVER-------
Upon request, I iron COMFORT COVER over the back of the stitches to make the shirt more comfortable. If you want the comfort cover please make sure to add your special request to the note to seller box.

How do your shirts fit?

While I do feel that my shirts run true to size it is always best to consult the size chart. I am happy to send measurements for items upon request. Items cannot be refunded or redone if the incorrect size is ordered, so please be sure to ask if you are unsure.

How should I wash my item?
