It is very delicate and should not be handled roughly. It is more of a delicate item that should be placed somewhere that is not touched or played with - but that is the point! It’s a precious item made from fabrics of a loved one…highly recommend and ordering more!!

Neck wraps and eye pillows cannot be washed. To heat microwave in 30 second increments. For cold pop in the freezer for at least an hour.
