We are sorry you are displeased with your tumbler. Each tumbler and water bottle are professionally hand crafted and the design is fabric based, then sealed with epoxy. Fabric by nature can have visible lines, however there is only one seam and we strive to make it as unnoticeable as possible. All our creations are quality inspected prior to shipping to customers.
