Accepted payment methods

For security reasons and ease of payment ‘Paypal’ is the only accepted payment method. Payment must be made within 5 days, if payment isn't made within that time I will send the buyer a message to confirm the order, if I get no reply and no payment then the order will be cancelled. Before payment is made you are welcome to cancel your purchase at any time.
I try to ensure that all printed matter is very well protected. All prints are either sent between thick card inside a plastic sleeve and cardboard envelope or rolled and wrapped in a plastic sleeve and sent in a sturdy postage tube.
I try to ship all orders within 5 days after payment is received but if there is an unforeseen reason that this is not possible I will contact you to inform you ASAP.
All printed matter is sent Airmail International, it is not insured or registered to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
You are most welcome to ask me to insure or register your items and I will amend your invoice.
All original artwork including paintings and sculptures are automatically sent by registered post, therefore the shipping prices for original pieces will vary.

Domestic Mail averages 4 business days transit time and International averages between 6-12 business days depending on your location.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your shipment to arrive and if it has still not arrived by then, please contact me so I can try and fix the problem.

International customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with Customs. These fees and tariffs are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs. Full retail value of items are listed on customs forms. First Class International is used for international shipping of original pieces.

If you need something quickly, please contact me so that I can set up a special listing for you with either Priority or Express Mail delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges
On rare occasions it is still possible for items to become damaged or creased during postage. If this should happen please contact me immediately.
If printed items are lost/damaged in the mail: If they are under $50(USD) I will happily send them again although I will ask for the P&P to be covered. If they are over $50(USD) I am unable to cover this cost which is why I would urge any customer buying a large amount of prints to request them to be registered. If original work becomes lost/damaged in the mail:
Please contact me immediately, all original work is sent by registered post which means it is trackable and insured.

At the end of the day I want you to be completely happy and love your purchase so I appreciate the opportunity to try and correct any problems/mistakes/misunderstandings prior to receiving/leaving feedback.
Additional policies and FAQs
All prints are signed and dated by me, Seymour, On some smaller sized prints, this is done on the back of the print for aesthetic purposes.

The color of your print is likely to differ slightly from what you see on your monitor. Please understand that what you receive is always the intended result. I have very high standards for my printed output and will not sell or send prints that do not meet those standards.

I am also open to doing commissions. Contact me to discuss ideas and I can give you a rough quote.
