About

I started with a dream

I always dreamed of owning my own shop. I held onto that dream and when I found etsy in 2009, I made my dream a reality.

I live in Canada but grew up in Wales and at a very young age, I loved vintage, old things, junk my mother called it - it wasn't junk, it sure was treasure.
I craft many of my one of a kind pieces out of that 'junk' as my mother would say. My garlands are mainly vintage fabrics, I use old photographs in my art, and my house - you've guessed it, it's all upcycled ;junk'.
You know how the saying goes, one mans junk is another mans treasure, so my house is full of treasures ♥

- I paint, sew and do art. My husband is the hunter/gatherer pick up and drop off man makes the jewelry, although I paint it.
(OK so where would I be without my husband)!!

Welcome - We ship Mondays and Thursday or next day in the event a holiday falls on these days.

Packaging:
We use new packaging on our products as well as clean recycled boxes.

Info: Please read listing info. for sizing and materials. Flaws are always noted on vintage items, condition, pulls, marks etc.

Payment
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards, debit cards though direct checkout.
Shipping
All packages ship via Canada Post – we don’t ship via fedex, purolator or similar as it is not cost effective.
Shipping to the USA - Please allow approximately 10 - 14 days for your package to arrive. Sometimes it can take a bit longer due to holidays, weather or customs. We ship expedited on larger heavier items as it is required.

CANADA - All packages within Canada ship via expedited mail with tracking.
Shipping time will vary from 3-10 business days.

If we have overcharged on shipping for Ontario and Quebec, a refund for the overage will be refunded through the payment process used.

International - All packages overseas ship via air mail.
It can take anywhere from 2 - 3 weeks (sometimes a little longer) for a package to arrive based on your country customs.

International buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, and customs fees.

In all cases, we will not be held responsible for the cost of re-shipping your item if you do not pick it up on time etc. or address incorrect on your part.
Refunds and Exchanges
I can exchange items - excluded are clothing items and jewelry.
Please be sure to measure prior to a clothing purchase and ask any questions you have.

Home goods:
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and for re shipment costs of the exchanged item(s). Please convo me within 5 days of receipt of your item(s) for shipment details. Item should be returned in original condition of receipt.

We do not accept returns on custom orders or made to order items.

Please contact us prior to leaving feedback if a problem has arisen during shipping, steps are noted below for breakage.

Although we pack to the best of our ability, breakages can occur.
If your item arrives broken, please keep all original packaging and the item. Photo evidence is needed for the claim process, please get in touch via convo within a few days of arrival, and we will let you know the next steps to take. - thank you.

Cancellation is required within 6 hours of placing a custom or personalized order. No returns accepted on custom items.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrap is only avail within Canada.
We package with care. We do use recycled materials when we can including boxes.

Hooks and racks can be customized

We can customize a paint colour, (excluding frame sets) but we do not customize clothing or jewelry.
We periodically can make custom open frame sets, please convo for availability.
