Can I Pick Different Quantity For Custom Order List? ♥:

We accept payment through Paypal only.
• You could purchase WITHOUT having to SIGN UP with Paypal. There is option to check out as Paypal's guest. • Payment has to be received within 24 hours of purchase, otherwise we will have to cancel the order and item will be relisted.

• Items will be shipped out of Jupiter, Florida within 48 hours after payment is received (exclude weekend and public holidays). We usually ship within 24 hours depending on if that item has been made and is in stock as some items are made to order, they do not take more than 48 hours to ship.
• By default, all items are shipped out via US Postal Service. All shipping charges quoted in the listings.
• For HOLIDAY season postings or any urgent shipping request, kindly request for upgrade in courier service prior to ordering.
♥ REFUND OF EXTRA SHIPPING FEE ♥
We indicate the shipping charge as estimated amount at time of product listing. Due to the way etsy calculates shipping cost - estimated rates may be different from actual rate. Sometimes it's over and sometimes it's under.
Our actual rate includes shipping/handling charge and packaging material fee.
- When it's overcharged by more than $ 1, we will refund the difference.
- When it's undercharged, in general we will not ask for extra fee. However if we deem the undercharge amount is significant, we will need to request for shipping fee via separate invoice.
Our shipping rate is always adjusted from time to time to reflect closer value to the actual rate.
♥ PACKAGING MATERIAL ♥
All items will be packed in a very savvy personalized bubble-wrap envelope. For bulk purchase we will pack them in carton boxes. We will ensure the order is packed properly for it to withstand impact during the shipping journey. And as part of our green initiative, packaging materials may be recycled.
We always aim to optimize the package shipping weight by using lightweight shipping materials, and transfer the savings in shipping charges back to our customers.

Shabby Shine will not be hold responsible if package is returned back to us due to wrong or Incomplete address stated in Etsy Invoice or Paypal
Refunds and Exchanges
YOU MUST EMAIL US FOR RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) NUMBER & INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT NOTICE. ANY RETURNING PACKAGE WITHOUT RMA NUMBER WILL BE REJECTED.
♥ REGULAR PRICE ITEMS ♥
It's important that you're happy with our product. If for some reason you're not, we'll be glad to provide refund or exchange of another item (after less the original shipping charges and 15% restocking fee)
To ensure good quality, we closely inspect every piece of merchandise prior to packaging and shipping. But occasionally some starfish break as they are extremely delicate. As long as we have received a call or e-mail with a picture of the damage for documentation, we will fix and or re-make any item. NONE OF OUR PRODUCTS CAN GET WET. Most of our products come from the sea or have swum at one point in time but they no longer like water what so ever!
If for some reason you've received faulty/damaged/wrong item, please take pictures capturing the faulty/damaged/wrong item and email to us, we will then provide the exchange/refund. By definition of faulty/damaged, it means the item is beyond repair (for example broken starfish or clip).
The item to be refunded/exchanged must be in its original (clean/undamaged) condition. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to delivery.To request for a refund/exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of item. We will then assign RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return shipping instructions to you.
If you've any questions regarding the item you've purchased, please feel free to contact us and we will sort it out.

We reserves the right to adjust the item prices and shipping charges on any listings from time to time. These prices fluctuate due to supply, demand, shipping rate change, exchange rate and other factors. The same items can be set with different cost due to the supplier’s material price change and trade exchange rate difference.
For example, you may have purchased an item with a certain price, but the next time you visit our etsy shop the same item's price may have changed (it can be up or down). We always strive to be competitive and supply at the lowest price possible.
♥ STOCK AVAILABILITY ♥:
We reserves the right to review and terminate the availability of certain item in our store at any time due to various reasons such as supply/demand, exchange rate, and other factors. So if you find that there is certain design/model no longer listed, but you wish to have it, we may be able to re-make it with specific terms and conditions. Please convo us.

Are you looking for designs we don’t carry in our shop? Just convo us, we love custom work and are always looking for something new to make. And we work closely with our customers to achieve the product that they desire. Espically custom WEDDING hair pieces and different sized rhinestone or even raw Starfish for events, Crafts, ect.
